The person who cooked had BLT's ready to be assembled, along with a plate of cut up veggies, some hummus, white bread and artisan bread that she had made herself. What I did was make a big bowl of BLT salad with dressing and a long slice of homemade bread and butter. it was out of this world delicious and I stayed way under my calories.
