raw: mushrooms, zucchini, cucumber, spinach steamed lightly: cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage roasted: any veggie bacon (limp or crisp) eggs (any style) hard cheese (sometimes; my tummy is picky with cheeses)

Mixed sliced meats, egg, cheese platter - with a spinach avocado dip.
Low-carb mini-cheesecake bites.
Nuts and seeds mixed with plain Greek yogurt with extra nut butters.
A hearty soup or stew or stir-fry.
Low-carb carrot muffins (almond flour and psyllium husk) loaded with cream cheese.
