If you don't mind a little work on your end, you can get rid of the pictures and formatting. On whatever article you like, click anywhere in the text, hit Control A to select all, then Control C to copy. Open notepad and hit Control V to paste. Notepad removes all formatting and graphics. Scroll down to the beginning of the article, select all the relevant lines of text from the article, copy and paste in a Word document. Then you can print just the text.

You can change your printer setting (on mine it is "Properties") so that it just prints black and white. I sometimes do this and I also change it to 'fast print' which also saves ink.

Please consider having printer-friendly versions of your health/diet/nutrition tips. I often want to print out the lists for future reference, but your attractive color graphics add unnecessary pages to the printer's load and use up expensive color ink at an alarming rate. Thanks for your attention to this matter!
