Hi-I have a tip for everyone~ I portion out my AM and PM vitamins(including 2 fish oils twice a day) in tiny little baggies sold just for this reason. I label the baggies AM or PM and keep them on the kitchen counter so they are 'in sight, in mind' and if I know I'm going to be out for dinner time, I just need to grab and go. I make up 8 days at once so I think it's a real time saver too. Hope someone finds this useful--I used to be terrible with remembering to take vitamins and meds!
I am not familiar with the soft chews but I'm sure that they are probably fine as long as they have the Omega 3s derived from fish (DHA). I have heard that some products may claim to have Omega 3s but have ALA which is more plant based and does not have the same health benefits as the fish based Omega 3s. Just out of curiosity, how do they taste if they are fish based? Are they fishy tasting at all?
