Welcome! Lots of information here. Don't let it overwhelm you! Begin by tracking your food (every bit of it!) after you have weighed it on a food scale. (I love grams! Who would have thought!?!) And do try to get in the exercise they recommend. Toning your body while you are losing is WAY better than waiting till goal and beginning to exercise. (personal experience talking here) It will work for you if you follow the program.
