You must be my clone! Same story here. But one difference, I changed my eating habits, but need to increase my exercise. We can do this!

Hi,
I have been trying to lose 50lbs for about a year and have only managed to lose 15lbs. The sad part is I exercise a lot and still slow results. At one point I was exercising morning, noon, and evening and still no more than the initial 15. I have decided to cut the exercise back, I was exhausting myself, and focus more on what I'm eating which brought me to this site.
So that's my story open to any advice...
