Getting started is the hard part. I had to set a time to exercise and tell everyone when it was and it they wanted me between this time and that time they had exercise with me. I told everyone they had to remind me. The grandchildren were the best. They even came up with children's exercise.

I understand where you are coming from. I am in my mid 50s and I want to be in a normal weight range and in shape by the time I am sixty when it will be harder.

I want to date again but I do not feel comfortable in my own skin so I can not date. I need to be confident to attract the kind of man that I want and deserve. So I am exercising 2 to 3 days a week which is reasonable for me and I am eating 1250 calories a day. I have been losing 1 to 2 pounds a week. So I am happy with my progress.

Stay focused, set goals and be patient with yourself. Cheers emoticon
