For those with mobility and pain issues that keep you from movement, I am one of you. I have struggled with my spine all my life. At different times, I have been bedfast for months, on walkers, on canes and in wheelchairs. I have had cortisone injections (big needles) epidurals, steroids, anti-inflammatories (with warnings like "you may die from spontaneous stomach hemorrhaging), pain meds that made me a zombie. My journey is continuous and I have returned to the one thing that has helped get out of a bedfast state a few times and even led me into body building. I am sharing for those who need hope, who cannot move without pain and have very, little money.

I make no money from this. It truly has helped me in the past and is helping me again. I am even taking it to show my physical therapist. Do not do what you cannot do but do what you can, as you can!! Do not over do.

I know that martial art breathing looks weird. Just do it. It forces the body into aerobic and will double your muscle results. Even when I was better and lifting weights every day, I continued with this breathing as a natural part of my lifting routine. Muscle helps bones in multiple ways. It helps us with balance. It helps us keep bones thick and healthy. Proper breathing also helps us in so many ways. I am sharing because it has worked for me and given me hope when I was at my most hopeless. Maybe somebody else needs this knowledge. Even if we do it from a bed or a chair, we can move, we can get aerobic and we can make muscle.

BodyFlex has worked for me and I hope it will help others.
