Not losing the weight due to not eating as good as I could, but staying on track with exercise. At least keeping one thing going. I hope everyone else is doing ok as well!

Overall good health and eating habits for me. Daily exercise and no soda or refined sugar. I think it is going to be a great year!!

Everyday I wake up and tell myself I can do this and I am so worth it!!
