emoticon it's nice to have you on the team. Keep up the positive attitude and take it easy. Listen carefully to what your body is telling you.

Welcome to the team.

Remember to be yourself, because the people that matter don't mind, and the people that mind don't matter.

The quickest way to failure is to try to please everyone.

Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably..And never regret anything that made you smile.

I've come to realize that the difference in success or failure is not how you look, how you dress, or how you're educated. It's how you think!

I was so happy when I saw this Team! As so many MSers know getting daily cardio and activies in can be a bigger challenge then what to eat, I was happy to find others that dealing with the same road bumps as I do.

I was dxd in 2003 with RR MS. I was able to stay very active and able to maintain my weight. However, last year I started to go down hill and with the help of steriods the scale went up hill :) It hit hard when my Internal Med Doc looked at my file and looked shocked. Not by my MS progression but the scale! I am glad I saw his face! It gave me the push to get this under control!

I have now decided to change the old saying from "Multiple Sclerosis won't define me!" to "Multiple Sclerosis won't define me or my weight!"
