emoticon GAILSTER2K and emoticon back to SP and the team...Taking your dreams and writing your goals down is the beginning. Now take those goals and break them down into what you can do to reach them and you're on your way emoticon emoticon ...Nice to have you back with us on the journey to a healthier lifestyle...Keep us posted on how you are doing!

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

The wanna be applies to the healthy part; the sexagenarian part is a goal reached in spite of it all. I joined Sparkpeople back in 2008 but didn't stay with it. So here I am again, seeking resolve to develop and stay on a path to health. Goals: flexability, no belly roll, firmer muscels, more endurance, an exercise routine that is truly routine. Is that too much to want?
