Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

The wanna be applies to the healthy part; the sexagenarian part is a goal reached in spite of it all. I joined Sparkpeople back in 2008 but didn't stay with it. So here I am again, seeking resolve to develop and stay on a path to health. Goals: flexability, no belly roll, firmer muscels, more endurance, an exercise routine that is truly routine. Is that too much to want?
