I've lost 11 lbs in 14 days! The first few days were really hard. Now I'm having a hard time finishing all my meals. By the end of the day I just don't want that last one. The problem is that I've started burning muscle so I have to eat it.

What great results you're achieving! I'm down 3 lbs. since Tuesday myself and feeling great! If you'd like suggestions for various ways to prepare your meals, let me know.

The fun of Medifast is you can be very creative with shakes and meals, which is much more motivating for staying on track! Today I made the Vanila Pudding (as a shake). I added pudding packiet with 8 oz. of cold water w/ice and 1 tbsp. sf vanilla syrup. Very simple, but the pure vanilla taste is very refreshing and using the packet as a shake makes it much more filling. I also use a Vitamix which really whips up wonderful shakes!

I've lost 6 lbs since Sunday! I know it's all water, but it's enough to motivate me. I have had a headache all day and my energy level is down. I keep telling myself that after 5 days it will pass. I'm not impressed with the oatmeal (yuk!) either.

Thanks for your encouraging words. I started today and my attitude is much better. I wrote down all the fears I have and all the positive outcomes that will happen. That seemed to put things in perspective. I'm imagining me in s long black dress for a formal event in April. It'll be a "coming out" event!

I've been on the program for several months. I've lost 48 pounds and I too am sold on the program. With all other programs, I had to worry about each meal and snack. With Medifast I only worry about one meal and it's not that much of a worry. The biggest thing is deciding which bar to eat! I love the bars the best, but I'm also hooked on the Chili Nacho Puffs. It does take some getting used to, but after 2 weeks, it was a breeze for me. I am using the Take Shape for Life plan. My health coach calls me each week and she is available when ever I have a problem. Stick with the program and it will work. emoticon

I want to assure you that Medifast does work. I've lost 50 lbs. so far by using it through Take Shape for Life. I'm so sold on TSFL, I've become a health coach. Work the 5 and 1 as it is defined and you will lose & lose quickly. Wishing you all the best.

Hi! My name is Kristen and I'm beginning Medifast on Monday 11/30. I have 50lbs to lose. I'm going to a local center instead of internet only.

I'm nervous that it won't work and I'll be wasting money. I'm tired of "diet" failure. My husband doesn't believe I'll lose the weight and that's difficult. I would probably feel the same if I was him. Hopefully, my attitude will improve with weightloss.
