Welcome, IRONBESS. I love spaceweather.com, too, and as a school teacher, it's often viewing the Sun that entices kids to stay after for my evening star parties. Nice to have you in the team.

We drew a circle that took him in!

Hi Ironbess and welcome!
I live on Ireland so the skies are clouded over 99.99999% of the time but I like to keep up to date with what's happening astronomy-wise.

I'm not visibly active here, but I listen in :-) . I've been keeping a diet log in a notebook lately, so I come to SP to get info and data. Even so, I am an astronomy nut--love to hunt with my little Dob. I've started doing the viewing programs through the Astronomical League. Just finished up the Messier program (I've done Messier marathons, but never recorded what I saw). I'm now working on the Caldwell objects and a lunar program. Those Caldwells are not very big!!! I've set my hat on becoming a master observer (probably happen a few years from now, if ever, especially when clouds cover the skies 99% of the time!) LOL!

Welcome!
