Hi Iamnapat and welcome to our team. This is where I started my journey. I figured anybody could do 10 minutes of exercise a day, even me!! lol

It took me awhile to get started, but once I got started, that is all it took.

Good luck on your journey, let me know how you do with the 10 minutes.

I am glad you joined this team. If I can do it - YOU can. When I started on Spark 21/2 years ago, I loved to exercise but could not maintain consistency. I started with the recommeded 10 minutes a day until I had consistently built up 14 consecutive days, I then added 5 minutes a day the same way every 2 weeks. Today, I am faithful to a minimum of 1 hour a day at least.

We are here for you, so don't be a stranger.

greetings to everyone.
just joined this team. it sounded like something i could do. i'm focusing on learning to enjoy new, healthy activities. i'm starting to look forward to doing exercises, especially new ones i've never done before. emoticon emoticon
