It is good. That might work or you could reduce the amount of peanuts.

Sounds good. I would probably leave out the peanuts and just put the almonds in which would cut down on calories and fat.

Ok, here is my recipe for Green Pea Salad

10 oz package green peas(small) semi thawed. I use the petite peas
1 1/2 cups of dry roasted peanuts
2 cups cut white grapes(you can use any grapes red, green etc) my mom uses both red and green
1 package broccoli slaw
small bottle of poppy seed dressing
May add a small bag of slivered almonds. I usually do add the almonds
Chill 4 hours before serving. It makes quite a good amount.
You could try using fat free poppy seed dressing instead of regular but I never have so not sure how it would taste. Everyone loves my green pea salad

Liz you can post what you wish. We can either eat as is or lower the calories on it. I love pea salad.

I have a recipe for a green pea salad that is good but I don't think it's too dietetic. Should I post it here anyway?
