Greetings everyone. My name is Jayme and this 28 day challenge comes at the perfect time. I have plateaued at 250lbs and haven't been able to break it. My fiance's parents are coming in to surprise him on May 27th, so this will work out perfectly. I want to see how much I can loose in this 28 days and hopefully break my plateau.

It will not only get me working out, like I need, but keep my mind off the fact that, his parents are coming out and he doesn't know anything about it. Its hard for me to lie to him, to not share this with him. So, if I can focus on something else, then I think it will help me out.

I just signed up a few minutes ago. My name is Tasha. I am 38 and ready for swimsuit season. I live on Lake Michigan and can't wait to get out there. I have a goal swimsuit I am working towards. I was doing great for a while but I think I'm at plateau so maybe these videos wil change it up enough. I have 25 more pounds to go. I can feel my muscle but I stil see that i need more toning. I think hard core cardio might help.

So this is all new to me. But since I don't really have a support team here where I live I thought I would try once again an online team. I have recently have lapband surgery and I am still in the beginning stages of that. I haven't lost the weight I was hoping for, but have noticed a difference in my eating habits. This team sounds fun and I'm hoping I don't lose my focus and can keep on board. Here's to our success and hard work.

Hey! This sounds like a lot of fun! I was working on the 5k challenge when I got set back with bronchitis for a few weeks. That ended up putting on the pounds I lost and some. So, hopefully, this will jump start me to lose my pregnant weight from 4 kids.... 50lbs. I about died when I saw my weight at the doc's office. Here is to the bootcamp challenge!

Hello from the Canadian Maritimes. I have hit a plateau, and was reconsidering what my goals should be this spring, and suddenly this challenge came up. Due to health reasons, I haven't done any real strength training, but I feel I'm up for the challenge.

I too have read the Spark blog on and off for about a year. I need to kickstart myself into moving again. I really need to work off my stress rather than eat my way through stress because for some reason the stress never really goes away!

Hello, I hope I am posting the right way. I have been registered with SparkPeople.com for 2 years and have not been very active. I've read various emails and blogs that are sent to my inbox. Today, the article announcing the spring boot camp caught my attention because I was just thinking that it's time for me to rev back up on my health regimen (eating and exercising properly). I plan to view all of the videos and buy a resistance band so that I can start the activities on this coming Sunday.

Hi everyone! I am excited about this challenge and nervous because I have been struggling to get myself moving after being in school since Aug for my Health Care Assistant certificate. I have 3 more weeks of preceptorship and graduation on May 14th. I have gained 10 lbs during this time and would really like to get close to my goal weight before grad and summer. I am hoping this will be exactly what I need to get started again.

Hi, my name is Lauri and I live in Oregon. I have to admit I'm a little nervous about this challenge considering I haven't been able to do some of Coach Nicole's other exercises, but I'm willing to give this a try and see what happens. I'll try it out and see where I get. The worst that can happen is I get in shape and might not be able to complete all the exercises exactly. How bad is that? Looking forward to seeing everyone on the boards!

Hey all, My name is Stephanie and I live in NC with my husband and 3 kids. Ive been a member for awhile now but because of some life issues I got off track. I got into a accident and hurt both arms pretty bad but I am ok now I feel that Ive healed and need to get these arms moving again. I have started college and that keeps me busy along with my 3 kids. I am going try to do this challenge with all my being. I recently looked at pics that were taken on Easter and I looked so bad so I am putting my foot down I have to make changes!!
