Life appears to be a series of starting over, I turned 57 earlier this year and am too starting over. I plan on getting it right one of these times. I hope this is the one that will bring me to a healthier life. I have let something derail me every time in the past. This time I will try harder not to let this happen.

I have almost 10 years on you, and I think it's great that you're trying a new approach while your still pretty young. It will be better for you in the long run. I'm with you--I'm starting over again, too. (And if I have to, I'll start over again and again and again until I get it right!)

Hi I am a 39 year old hair stylist that is sick of being flabby, tired, and frumpy all the time.I have two girls that require a lot of my time. I have a full time job. I used to be toned and fit till I moved to Maine and I am so miserable any desire to work out has left me. I do like to work out but I have a hard time staying motivated or accountable. I hope this will kick me in the but to get going and get back to where I was a year ago.
