Welcome,
I hope you'll find all the resources on here. The best one is definitely the wheatbelly blog. Dr. Davis answers many questions in the comment area and you can learn so much. You may find that you can eat a lot more calories with this style of eating as long as they are not carbs. The spark range does not really apply to low-carb diets.

Hi everyone, I've just read the book this week and today is my second day of meats, nuts and veggies. It's an adjustment, but I'm willing to try it. I haven't had any loss tracking and limiting calories between 1200 and 1550 (my spark range). After 3 months of trying and no loss to speak of I'm willing to try something else.

I look forward to being on the team and reading what you all have to say.
