Hi all! I have had my Garmin Vivofit 3 for about five days. I hate it! It's supposed to have smart IQ but thinks I'm walking when I'm swimming. I can't find any documentation on how to make the thing work, it's a mess.

Other than that, I have been working on weight loss for a little over 13 months. I have lost 155 pounds, and am currently on a plateau. I have been working out in the water for about six weeks and spend about two hours a day doing water walking, calisthenics, and aerobics classes. I love the water because I can do things there that I can't do on land. I have fibromyalgia so the water helps A LOT.

Any hints on making this stupid thing work would be appreciated. I have named my device Gormless, because it is.
