Hi, I've been checking in, counting calories for 10 days and have lost 11 pounds. Yeah! But I just do not find myself able to meet my daily goals. Recovering from one knee surgery and have another in the near future. Exercise is almost non existent except for physical therapy with limitations. Simple recipes are what I need. Foods that do not make me feel gassy or foods my body does not agree with. No wheat, dairy, or chicken. Most veggies are okay but had to live on. Well, hello and thanks for listening.
