Hi all. I am new to the team, but not to Sparkpeople. I have been here for years. I downloaded the ZenLabs version and week one is kicking my butt. I am on run 3, but that's after doing run 1 getting injured and staying out the rest of last week, then doing run 2 Monday. I think I will repeat run 2 today, then do run 3 Friday. Next week I will just repeat week 1. I am going to repeat it until I can actually run in 1 minute intervals for more than 5 of the intervals.

I am round. I am not out of shape, as a circle is a shape. I want to be in better health for my family and myself. Peace to you all!
