Broke your knee?! That sounds so painful! Mine just doesn't work right & it's painful -- I can't imagine what you must have gone through! And like you, I've put on way too much since I've not been able to do much, and I'm longing for the day it gets fixed so I can get back to walking & water aerobics and start shedding it!

emoticon and good luck reaching your goals!

Welcome back.

Use the baby steps method and I am sure that you will soon be seeing some success. Don't forget to keep in touch. That is the best way to get the support that we sometimes find that we need.

Good luck,
Kris

I've been back on Spark for about a week. having put back on the 3st I lost before I broke my knee.

I'm 57 and from London in the UK, my kids are grown up and I'm divorced. I used to be a teacher but I took early retirement 3 years ago.

Happy Sunday all
