I used it in a stir-fry last week and I LOVED it! So did DH. I can't believe I hadn't tried this before! This will be a regular staple in our house now. Adding it to soup, juices and stir-fries this week. Thank you everyone for your replies!

I use the green part of bok choy like I do with my greens and the steam I chop up and put in everything I make...soups, stir fry, salads, smoothies

I have had the baby bok choy a little and put it in salads

I like it in salads, as well. Chop and let sit 5 min before eating.

I love it. It's like a mild version of cabbage. With the baby bok choy, besides stir frying, I like to cut it in half and grill it on my Foreman Grill with a splash of Braggs Liquid Aminoes, garlic powder, and a shot of Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute. I make lots of it to eat hot for dinner and then I chop the leftovers up cold into my daily lunch salads. Yummy.

Hi Everyone! I am wanting to try new foods. Bok Choy and baby Bok Choy are on sale this week. I have never bought, cooked, or eaten this before. Any buying tips, cooking suggestions? How do you use it?
