I read through a few of your posts in this weekly weigh-in, and I'm so inspired! All you ladies losing weight! I had to join the team emoticon

I have at least 26lbs to lose, and I've been trying to do it for YEARS! I have had the hardest time just losing more than 3 lbs. So I need some support! If there is anyone out there around age 23, needing to lose around the same weight who could use a buddy, email me!

I do my weigh-ins on Sunday, so I'll be checkin in then!

This is my first week in SparkTeam. I am starting at 172.0 and my final goal is 135 by next spring. Shorter goals are 165 by Nov. 1st, and 160 by Dec. 1st, and so on.

I'm brand new and one of my goals is not to weigh more than once a week, which btw is SO hard! I'm 5'9" and my starting weight is 167. :(
Goal is 135.

Hey Everyone!

I just started spark about a week ago, but I've been on my new exercise regimen for 2.5 weeks now. I'm proud to say that I've lost 8 pounds so far! Only 34 more pounds to go.

How does everyone stay motivated? I'm so happy I'm losing weight quickly, but when I think about how much farther I have to go, it's hard not to get discouraged.

so starting fresh here....i'm 24 years old, 5 feet 4 inches, and 160lbs :( My goal is to be at a healthy and happy weight by my first wedding anniversary next july. I'm not looking soley at numbers here, but an overall acheivement! Good luck everyone!! :)

i havent lost much in pounds but i have lost a total of like 7 inches since august 3rd so im happy about that. cant ask for to much more. im doing my best slowly but surly

anything worth having is worth fighting for and drive is what takes you to the finish line.

YAY. 2 more pds off this week. I really worked out today and I am really getting used to the habit of going. Last week I was sick and felt horrible not being able to go work-out. But this week I am alot better and back on track. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

Woot Woot. I was 1 lb shy of my goal for the wedding this weekend :D Through all the ups and downs, I never thought I would see the 150s... I was down to 159 as of last week and held 'er steady for this week! Good luck to everyone and congrats! Keep on keepin on if you're having tough times :)

Whoo! I lost0.6 of a pound this week! Down to 124.2!!

This week's goal: Eat less fat, and don't go over my caloric intake.

YES! After 2 months of up and down and up again but no real movement, I lost 4.5 lbs this week and am finally back under 220, and only 2.5 lbs away from my ticker being accurate again. Woohoo! =D

HI guys! Weekly weigh in.
I started at 173 when I began SP.
I currently weight 165.
My goal weight by 11.23.09 is 158.
It was a very rough week for me. I have to have a biopsy Wednesday and I have had a hard time becoming motivated since but I will take the 2lb weight loss!

I am soooo happy to finally be back on track after about 2 years. I lost 25 lbs back then and regained about 10. Now i've gotten rid of those 10 and am on the road to reaching my original goals :)

hey guys. haven't checked in here in a while. was way off the wagon but got back on for the month of september and lost 9 pounds in one month! was going for 10, but 9 is good enough for me! down to 146! going for another 10 in october which will put me one pound over my final goal. maybe if i work hard enough i can get there this month!

ok i'm finally weighing in I have been "dieting" for 3 weeks and I have lost 6 pounds! Woot Woot! So that works out at 2 pounds a week. I weighed in at the doctors today and came home and weighed myself on my scale to see if there is a difference. There is! on my scale I lose about .8 more weight than at the doc not a big difference but still its something that will have to be fixed. I'm just happy i'm on the right track. emoticon emoticon

Hello,

I am just b ack from 2 weeks in Spain so was drinking everynight and out for Dinner everynight and expected a big weight when returned, only put 3lbs back on which is great, went for a 1 hour walk everyday so that would have helped.

Not many updates since i have been away has everyone quit?

THanks for your reply. Your right about how it all depends in the person. I weighed in (only one week) so I had lost a pound. I think however that I will do the two week thing as well. Seeing more weight come off is encouraging rather then the one bit at a time.

I haven't officially weighed in yet but mine will probably be every 2 weeks. After this monthly weigh in lol. But when I did do the weekly weigh in your friends or the people you spoke with are right if you don't see a weight loss then u do feel a bit discouraged but others might feel encouraged to Amp it up. It really depends on the person and how they take the weight plateau. So I'm going to weigh in every 2 weeks as to not get discouraged if I have a bad week because I personally do get discouraged. emoticon
