Hi! I am no stranger to SP and have always enjoyed the forums. (New account though) Anyways I have been struggling hard the last two years to get out of the 130lbs area. Once I see a few lbs weight loss and I get excited. But then for some reason my brain thinks its time to relax and I gain it back again. It is definitely harder in your 30s to find motivation I am finding. The little things that used to motivate me in my 20s (competing with other people and a specific waist measurement) dont seem to matter to me anymore. I guess I need to find a better motivator than just surface stuff. lol

What motivates you??
