I lost 3 lbs this last week. Still 1 lb heavier than when I started but I finally saw a loss so I am excited. I finally feel like I am doing something right!!!!

193. I went up less than a pound this week. I'm still waiting to see a loss. I did do my monthly measurements and I lost half an inch around my hips so that is a good thing. :)

150.4, that scale hasn't budged much this month. I need to get back into doing some more intense cardio rather than just walking along with my strength training. One of my bridesmaids and I are going to start doing yoga and fitness dvds together so we can keep each other motivated and accountable!

This week I realized that I am not invincible. I've been to several birthday celebrations,eating cake, pizza,and drinking lots of alcohol. This is the first week I haven't lost. In fact, I gained a pound. Everything in moderation. I doubt I'll forget that again.

Lost 2.3 more pounds this week and still ate fairly junky, just within my calorie range...this week, I'm determined to eat healthier and get a good 3 pounds lost, PLUS drink more water. I'm doing terribly on that! I'm thankful that I lost though, it didn't feel like I would! The workouts definitely help!

I'm making Sunday my weigh-in days and was 162 this morning. Blergh. I can't seem to get below 160, but then again, I've let up on the workouts. Getting back into those with Jillian Michael's, since getting to the gym with my work/school schedule has been tough.

I know now that I know nothing.

I have not been tracking the last week. I had made excuse after excuse and I know I was wrong. I have gained 2 lbs since my last weigh in and I am disgusted with myself. I now weigh more than I ever have, more than I weighed when I was 9 months pregnant with my son 8 1/2 years ago. My fiancé says that I am beautiful and he loves my curves but I just want some of the weight to go away.

Congrats everyone!! I love reading this thread! It's not weekly weigh in day, but I've lost another pound! Can't wait for Saturday to roll around and get my official weigh in for the day! I'm also happy to have a working scale again that will actually show my weight loss.. huge motivator that what I'm doing is paying off!

Hi,

I am back again. I lost 16 kg with sparkpeople in 2007-2008.
I gained 23 kg during pregnancy and I couldn't loose all of it.
after 3 years, I am back to sparkpeople with a lot of motivation to go back to my weight in 2008.

I lost in the last 3 weeks 1.5 kilos. so I am in a right path. 11 more kilo's to go.

After weighing the same for 3 weeks straight, I realized my scale is off! It's been fine up until this point. So I went from 177.2 to 173.5. Huge difference! lol

157.6 lbs today. My hard work is paying off! Sparkpeople is awesome because it holds me accountable. I have to track everything. Who knew this would be the secret to my success. Down 15 pounds since mid-December and I just put on a "skinny" outfit I haven't worn in about a year and a half!!! emoticon

I've been exercising, and watching what I eat, I look @ the scale everyday then after my week passed I did my daily check in and it's awesome that the scale went down a pound! Am so excited my exercise routine is working emoticon

No loss or gain this week. I need to get on track with watching what I eat and getting my exercise in. I have been so stressed lately that I just don't have the motivation to get it done. Today is a new day and the start of a new weight loss week and I vow to get at least 10 minutes of exercise 5 of the 7 days this week. Wish me luck!
