Walked for exercise (not just taking the dogs down the block and back) for the first time in forever. 30 minutes, my app says it was 1.6 miles, average of 3.5 mph. Had only planned on one or two loops around the circle where I live, which would have been only 1/2 mile but my son came out with me on his bike. Yay!

Hello Friends

I have been feeling defeated this whole week I have not stopped doing some type of cardio.
I have been walking today I walked 35 minutes steady. In total I have walked 353 hours this week, excercising outside without counting the 12000 thousand doing cores the whole day. I have not lose weight and feel I want to toss the scale in the lake. I will stop worrying about being fat and weighting almost every day. I think.... emoticon thinking about it the whole time is what is preventing me of losing it.

Yesterday was an "off" day for me. Too sore! Walked on the treadmill 1 1/2 miles. Stayed active the rest of the day though!

We have three gaming systems and I normally do Wii dance for fun but my husband purchased a dance game for the Xbox which requires me not to hold a controller and it scans your body while you dance. I had alot of fun last night doing that and I will try it again tonight for something fun.
