30 minutes of treadmill - day 3 of week 1 of Couch to 5K! Only 8 more weeks to go and I will be ready to run a 5k???? Doesn't seem possible, but we'll see.

I went out hiking in the forest and nature trails for 45 minutes! and a simple walk at lunch for 30 minutes. Love it outdoors.

30 or so minutes of walking and running. I am on day 3 of the Couch to 5 K program. I have forgotten how wonderful running makes you feel afterward. I can't wait to see if I can actually run a 5 K at the end of the program.
