I wasn't going to exercise today, but I could not allow myself to end my exercise streak. So, I laced up my sneakers and went for a walk/jog. When I was done I was so happy that I did it.

I was walking a lot last week but got overly zealous on a strength training day and ended up making my ribs crabby (of all things??!!??). So now when I walk fast it hurts a lot. Rather than skip my workout though, I did a gentle mile walking and then figured I'd give the stationary bike a shot for as long as I could tolerate it. I ended up riding for 45 minutes! SO happy I found something comfortable to tide me over until my ribs heal. :-)
