10 minutes gardening, out to do errands -- went to seven places in two hours (one place twice), and I'm off to do some 20 minutes of dancing (jazz ballet) before checking on the dogs and hitting the shower and hitting the hay.

I walked for 30 minutes at the mall, then spent an 65 minutes straight...no pauses...on the stationary bike! This time, though, I brought the resistance level up one level more every 10 minutes, and made it up to level 5!!! I'm so sore right now, but I feel great that I've lost 1 pound & stayed on the bike & pushed myself! emoticon

Gardening for 30 minutes, vacuuming dog shed for 90 minutes, bowling for 60 minutes. Glutton for punishment. I got five grocery bags full of hair and dirt out of the shed. And that's just since March! Wow.

Walked up to the property in the rain to take pictures of the house-in-progress. Then spent about 30 minutes brushing out dogs. Nothing like making a miserable dog (they don't like the rain) more miserable by brushing them.
