When my gym is open I go to their first camp of the day which is 5am Mon-Fri. 7am on Sat. Now that the gym isn't open, I do my workout right after I get done with work in the afternoon before dinner.

Evening afer work. There is no way I am getting up at 4 am to exercise,shower and go to work.
