No, I probably should ☺️ I’ve just read the spark page on meal planning so this question is so relevant for me 😉
I cook fresh every day, and thankful to have time for it. I often cook a little extra and then use that as the base for the next day’s meal. Cooking double portions of rice means there’s some ready for later in the week when I don’t have as much time😄

I tried to make it a habit to lunch and breakfast prep on Sunday, but it didn't stick. I need to try again.

There is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs.

Since I work a non-traditional schedule, I try to plan when I have two or more days off in a row.

I provide lunch for two of my coworkers and myself twice a week so I do make those on Sundays. Sometimes I will prep my fruits and veggies for the week too. For exercise, I just do what I feel like that evening. Usually done kind of video.

I don't meal prep, but just kind of decide what I'm having for dinner the next few days. My breakfast is always the same so no planning for that. I look at the weather and what we have going on to decide what I'm doing for exercise. It's been easy lately since I've just been doing the elliptical since it gets dark so early. But I am getting out right after work on Tuesday and Wednesday to walk outside since the temperature will be about 60.

Do you do any meal prepping or exercise planning on Sundays to prepare for the upcoming week?
