Hi - My name is Loretta and I live in Westbrook, Me with my cat Tiger. I need to lose 68 lbs to get to my first goal of 172 lbs. I now weigh 240 lbs. I have thyroid problems and I am always either eating or sleeping. I cant seem to reach a happy medium. New Years treats havent helped me either. SP has helped me in the past and I hope you can help me again. This time to reach my goal.

Hi My name is Lisa, I was originally 350 lbs. before I ever started SP last January 4, 2014 I weighed 240 Lbs. since then I have gained 35 lbs. My goals are to walk for 20 to 30 minutes a day. Prescribed by my Dr. I love water and drink it constantly throughout the day. I am signing up for this Team, because I believe you can give me the inspiration to go on, and I believe I can also give inspiration to the team. I want to keep up with my daily goals, and be a good team member.

Hi my name is Jasmine.. I have a 2 years old daughter she will be 3 in July. I'm getting married on June 22, 2014 an I was losing weight but I been stressed out an been eating a lot.. i just rejoined this site. i was on here about a year ago and just couldnt seem to stay focused. i am returning to it to see if i can turn my life around and lose weight and keep it off. i get so frustrated about not being able to drop pounds, like everyone else on this site i am stuck and not sure what i am doing wrong. i dont really eat a whole lot of food when i do eat so i am probably not eating the right foods. not sure how to change to get to a healthier lifestyle as far as eating goes. i dont really enjoy cooking and my husband works two jobs so we dont usually eat together as a family. i usually fix something for my kids but i dont eat until he gets home so it is usually late at night by the time i do eat. if anyone has any ideas about what i could fix for me to eat thats healthier then i would love to hear them.

Hi, I'm new to the group. I started working out about three months ago and I recently about 1 month ago got a personal trainer. Ever since I started personal training, I have been gaining and not losing weight each week. I'm really frustrated and disappointed about that. But yesterday I bought a food scale, and I'm going to start measuring my food and portions. I've also started tracking everything on here, since last week. My personal trainer and other people tell me I need to be patient, so that's what I'm trying to do. It's just hard to see the scale go up each week, after I work really hard in the gym.

Hi, I started about 3 weeks ago and have been journaling my foods and water and my
exercise and have been gaining instead of losing. I have been around the same weight for
years and have been on other weight loss programs and I know the program but seem to be
absolutely stuck within a few pounds up or down but in the same range. I really want to see
a difference. What can I do ? I've tried to vary my foods, times and exercises, nothing seems
to be working at this point. Any advice ?

Hi Nancy I am in that same boat. I am stuck in the 180's would love to be in the 140's. It is frustrating because we put in the effort with no result. What sorts of the things have you tried? Maybe we can brain storm and help each other out.

Hi Everyone, My name is Ann. I live in the panhandle of NE. Have 2 boys, all grown, and a wonderful husband. I ran across this team and thought maybe it could help. Can't hurt right. Right now I am very frustrated, Can't seem to loose even a lb. Istay within calories, fat, protien, carb--maybe low, So what am Idoing wrong HELP!

Hi,
Nancy here and I am a yo-yo dieter and sparker. I have been on this site for years now. only to lose weight then gain it all back and then some. now i have over 30 pounds to lose to get to a healthy bmi and i can't seem to get focused. so now i am redoing my teams hoping to get the kick in the pants i need to get up and get motivated.
