New Goals for 2010

My goals for 2010
1. to lose 30-40 pounds
2. achieve a healthy blood pressure so I don't have to start meds.
3. reduce my measurement at my waist to less then half my height- less than 30 inches
4. better HDL, LDL and triglyceride numbers

Current weight (as of 2/20): 176.0

Hello Everyone! It has been a snowy winter for us folks on the East Coast. So I'm just checking in to see how you all are doing on your goals. I know some of you may have lost your way. But, let's start fresh today. Remember to keep your goals in front of you, write them down and post them up where you can! By keeping those things in mind you will reach your goals before you know it. Remember it is One day, One meal, One exercise and One pound at a time. Stay Inspired to Take Care of You in 20-10!! Hello Richmond Sparkers Team !!!
The Holiday season is over and some of us have lost, maintained or gain weight. But, regardless of your current weight, let's get started with some new goals. For the months of January thru April let's set some new calorie intake goals for ourselves, for your desired weight loss. And let's workout at least 30 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week. We will stay focused and know that we are improving our lives and overall health with each pound lost. In 2010 we will form new habits that will help us on our weight loss journey.
