My goals for 2010
1. to lose 30-40 pounds
2. achieve a healthy blood pressure so I don't have to start meds.
3. reduce my measurement at my waist to less then half my height- less than 30 inches
4. better HDL, LDL and triglyceride numbers

Hello Richmond Sparkers Team !!!
The Holiday season is over and some of us have lost, maintained or gain weight. But, regardless of your current weight, let's get started with some new goals. For the months of January thru April let's set some new calorie intake goals for ourselves, for your desired weight loss. And let's workout at least 30 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week. We will stay focused and know that we are improving our lives and overall health with each pound lost. In 2010 we will form new habits that will help us on our weight loss journey.

Challenge Starting date: Jan 12, 2010
Challenge Ending date: April 30, 2010

Please reply to this challenge on the Richmond Sparkers Page with your starting weight. And reply again on the 30th of April with your ending weight.
