Pretty quiet here except for the loss of palm trees in the picture of paradise graphic. I so enjoy sunny Florida with fresh tropical breezes (not storms).

Just a quick note to express my personal dissatisfaction with my relationship with food during this time of year when I watch the animals squirrel away their winter supply for when they think they'll have access to it (just try to get through the frosty and icy ground we get here in the northland). It's been rough for me in that I have not participated up to my potential in many of the team challenges I'm in. I kick myself when I perform at a B and C level and I have to get over this mentality . . . not every challenge needs an A+ performance. Yes, I'm an overachiever! -- This is one of my many confessions. (smile, smile)

In the meantime, I need to see positive messages and will set back a little, hear from many of the teams I'm on from the weekly digest, and work towards getting back to the goals required to bring me back to a healthier BMI. Joining the Fall 5% Challenge will be just what I need to stay the course AND make improvements. I will work hard to establish Godly goals that build on the making priceless relationships with God and the world.

Reach for the stars, my dear Cape Coral team mates! May you find the motivation that works to help you build healthy habits in order to improve your quality of life. Hug, hug!

After going a week without ice cream, I went a little overboard on Sunday but have returned to moderate snacking within my ranges. Met all seven of my monitored ranges today. Happy, Happy!

I could use some work on my sleep as I've made lots of improvements on getting 7-9 hrs but often fail twice a week when I stay up late and dabble on the internet. I need to say "Lights Out" on a more reasonable hour.

Oh and if I try to do better the next day, it is usually involved with getting to sleep earlier and eating better. That is why most of my days start out bad...lack of sleep. :)

Hi Team
Have you ever had one of those days that you wish you could just have a do over? Well, today is a new day and it's your chance for a do-over. So what is one way that you are going to make today better than the yesterday?

I didn't walk yesterday and so my whole day seemed to go astray, so today, I walked!!! Woo hoo!!
