Updating my goals for 2018.

1. Eat less processed food (eat more whole foods.) I am aiming for 80/20 ratio by the end of the year. December 31 2018
2. Run/walk 10K by October 31 2018

I removed the weight goal. At the moment I am removing the scale as a form of progress and will be focusing more on how I look and feel and body measurements. Wish me luck!

I didn't do well in 2017 so I'm aiming to keep things similar for 2018.

3. Reach 126 pounds by June 30 2018

2017 had ups and downs with my goals. Right now I am not going to meet my goals. It's been a rough year emotionally for me. I'm trying to get out of a funk, but I'm ready to hit the pavement and kick butt in 2018 and share it with all of you.

2018 Resolutions

1. Meet my health goals
2. Be able to run a 5k
3. Lower cholesterol
4. Drop 50 pounds minimum
5. Log daily and blog more..maybe use the journal for how I am feeling.
