Well, you are right. I do cheat often. I always have an excuse. The good thing is when I cheat, I don't have a whole piece of whatever it is. Sometimes I just have a bite of DH.

Another good thing is I am not gaining.

I'm going to stick with this and am determined to get more exercise.

I know that exercising helps lots. I think if you stick to it........sometimes it takes some time to notice the change.

I am not a doctor or a nutritionist. But I do know that I cannot lose weight on 1600 calories a day. Maybe I don't exercise enough. It does sound as though you are doing the right things.

No, I have not measured myself. But I do know my pants are not any looser, nor are my shirts bigger in any way. Actually my pants are just as tight as before.

Have you measured yourself? It truly makes a difference. My husband wasn't losing pounds for a long time, and then he realized that he was able to go down 4 notches on his belt. So he didn't get discouraged, because he knew he was still losing then.

Ok, I am still new this this diet sortof. Im just disappointed a little. I do not know what I am doing wrong. I started this diet on May 1. The first week I lost 6lbs. I gave up soda all together and have only eatten beef 1time. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I eat a mufa at every meal, I am only eatting 400 cal at each meal. Before I was prolly drinking 3 cans of pop a day, eatting a load of sugar im sure. My weakness was choc at night before bed, and gummy worms.

From what I have seen I am eatting right, just completely frustrated. I make meals out of the family cookbook. and some out of the original book. what am I doing wrong? My mufa's mainly are avacados, sunflower seeds, and olive oil. I dont like most nuts except peanuts and cashews. I do eat the cashew butter and almond butter. Cant stand olives, or the tampenade stuff. Im trying really hard. I have only drank alcohol once and that was last sat. Can someone help me figure out what I am doing wrong.
