There are so many factors in our weight that I am happy anytime the scale goes down. Water weight, different time of day, and especially muscle tone. Keep on marching! It will pay off.
I gained a few pounds on my quick trip to Mississippi. Between that great southern food I was not going to pass up and so much sitting, it isn't surprising. So I'll recheck this week and then actually record my weight, regardless of what it is.
