We walked to the pharmacy, then to the travel agency, then to the grocery store, then home!

It was a good 2 hours of walking :)

I'll have to do this tomorrow. I wanted to go walking today but it was dark when I got off work. Can't wait thought it's supposed to be really nice outside.

we finally have a sunny day! I will take my sweet pea for an hour walk around scholenberger park.....a gorgeous bird sanctuary! has a beautiful pond for their swimming and gorgeous foliage for nesting! YAY!

Took the dogs on a nice walk in the woods (1 mile). Went for another 1 mile walk with my daughter, and ran 5 miles. Feels good to be outside!

Doing my Leslie Sansone Walking DVD today...she is 60+ minutes that consists of five miles/10,000 steps. Pretty intense workout for me... emoticon

Love this! We walked our 4.5 miles this morning, and now a neighbor just called to see if I'd like to go for a walk. So I'll soon go out and do another 3.5 miles with her! It's a beautiful day in northern Virginia!
