I did bent-leg, deadlift, kneeling push-ups, sliding reverse lunge, overhead press and dumbell swing, I was supposed to do it for 30 minutes straight without stopping, but I could only make it 25, something I got out of my Prevention magazine, a 28 day regimine, It says lose 14 pounds, I am hoping for 4 emoticon

Your challenge today is to:

*Do TWO (2) exercises that concentrate on working your STOMACH muscles

*Do TWO (2) exercises that concentrate on working your BACK muscles

A great place to find exercises is under the Sparkpeople Fitness. Feel free to incorporate: stability ball, hand weights, resistance bands, weighted vest, etc. into your workout. REMEMBER: Push yourself, but DON'T HURT YOURSELF!
