Long day, but I made it! Half hour walk on lunch, 30 minutes free step on the wii (half jogging with weights) and took the stairs all the way to the 9th floor at work this morning. Not the craziest cardio in the world, but I did 60 minutes!

just got back from a road trip, although I did do well ver an hour of walking today, at Catalina, lots of hills, but tomorrow I am back to reality so, I will for sure get it done. Thanks for the challenge

Just got back from pushing the double stroller to the ice cream shop (I had baby carrots while the kids had ice cream and played on the bouncy castle). 1.5 hours, about 4 miles. Yay!

Well, I'm a bit under the weather today. I did go for a walk this morning for 30 min. felt very tired. I usually run/walk but I only walked. I am not sure I will make the 60 min. If I feel up to it I will go this evening. I'm going to try..... emoticon
