Freggies emoticon Thanks to my green smoothie after breakfast and a salad for lunch

Water emoticon Not a problem there thanks to the habit I worked on to drink two cups of water first thing in the morning

Didn't do meal planning again but the store down the street has a wonderful Moroccan stew loaded with veggies I think will be in order for lunch. No problem with the water and abs.

Let's start the week strong by reaching basic goals. Give me a emoticon if you....

Got 5 servings of freggies or at least one more than you usually do
Got 8 cups of water or at least two more than you normally do
Watched your portion sizes

Strength move of the day, do some sneaky ab work. Do you have a desk chair that spins? Lift your feet off the floor, hold on to the desk and use your abs and obliques to turn right then left. That's one repetition. Try for three sets of ten. Keep your abs contracted throughout the move.

While you are washing dishes, talking on the phone or waiting in line, contract your abs, hold for two seconds and release. See how many you can fit into your day.
