my cards are almost all done, I really tried this year to have them out the day after Thanksgiving, well, it did not happen, but today got a bunch of them out.
Yes I love to send out cards, do not get nearly as many as I send, but that is fine, just something I really like to do,
now the curtsy did not fit in with my butt blasting video, but I will try a few

did the curtsies. don't send cards anymore. other ways t communicate good wishes these days.

Well, today is home from home! Lucky enough to have been to a reception at the Palace, so I received my official etiquette training and, in the briefing room beforehand, we were bobbing up and down like nervous ducks.

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, hands on your hips. Take a big step back with your left leg, crossing it behind your right. Bend your knees and lower your hips until your right thigh is nearly parallel to the floor. Keep your torso upright and your hips and shoulders as square as possible. Return to start. Perform 10 reps and repeat, stepping back with your right leg. Add dumbbells once you master the movement with perfect form.

Try three sets of 8-10 or as many as you can in good form. If squatting like this is bad for your knees, skip it and get as many glute contractions. Squeeze your Glutes, hold a second and release.
