Spent the morning sitting in my car in the rain at the hospital while DH got some tests done. Now I'm home and I will get some of these done. Have a good day.

I had two long conference calls so I swiveled. i did some leg lefts on the stairs on breaks and did some pushups against the kitchen sink after dinner.

Sneak in some strength training several times during your day.

Try....

Squats while brushing your teeth
Twist in your office chair, keeping abs pulled in and use your obliques to twist
When walking up stairs, lift leg out behind, or out to the side before taking the next step
Before starting dishes or at your desk, try some push-ups against the sink or your desk

Small movements several times a day add up! As my mom always told me, "good things come in small packages".

BONUS/ALTERNATE CHALLENGE: ADD a 10-minute walk to whatever activity you have planned, even if it's laps around the house.
