emoticon Rode my bike today. Ate "pretty well" although did eat half a burger bun...and it wasn't all that good either..

My Deck is done, finally - and son has escaped with his life still intact too! Hooray... He finished up this morning.. It really looks nice too.

i walked 2.5 miles this am and 2 more tonight . The temp went down and the wind is about 16 + an hr. made it a lot easier to walk tonight. Liquids all day but going to have some veggies tonight .

Good a good walk this morning.. Beautiful weather, but windy.. And I've eaten well today also.

Did a lot of cooking today after my trip to Costco yesterday and portioned things out into one portion servings and into the freezer. I shouldn't have to cook anything if I don't want to for several weeks. Also put a bunch of pork country style ribs in the crockpot this morning and managed to get them out before I had shredded pork.

It's best to avoid most grains unless they are minimally processed like quinoa. The less processed foods you eat the better off you are.

There has been a lot of information here recently about some of this stuff that is advertised as Low carb and when independent tests are done, they're finding that it's not low carb. Some of the breads they call low carb are in fact as high as regular breads, so for those of you with medical issues, be careful!!

Unfortunately the Dreamfields pasta was too much for him...numbers in the 300s! Will have to stick with a lot of protein and some veggies when I cook. So mostly he will be just cooking his chicken breasts for a few days and the numbers will come down.

Made a diabetic recipe for dinner...got the recipe out of a book at diabetic class (HB is diabetic) but I used Dreamfields pasta instead of whole wheat...fewer carbs and more taste. Yay!

today I went to the dentist and then went to get my shot ,now its afternoon .
I will just rest I did my cleaning early this morning .

I redid my comforter into blues .I removed the chocolates colors
a fun thing thing to do .
