Yes, the workbook is excellent! It's a nice accompaniment to Dr. A's Habits of Health which is outstanding.

I've read the first 8 chapters also; it inspired me to get back to the very basics of plan and stick with it! I also ordered the companion workbook from Amazon and find it very helpful to get to the core issues and focus on achieving our goals and overcoming the habit that have kept us from succeeding in the past. It's a year long journey and one I'm ready to take day by day!

Hi all,
My coach gave me this book on Monday. I have completed the first 8 chapters. On Thursday I was hitting all the GoodWill stores, Value Villages, etc to see if I could find copies to buy for my friends. There were tones of books from Dr. Atkins, Bob Greene, Susan Powter, et all. but not this one. I think it is a book that you keep.

If you have not read this book, please try to get a copy. It is amazing to me how well it guides you through the process of establishing goals and the processes for success. And not just for weight loss. But through many aspects of life.

If you have read this book, please let me know what you think about it.
