I love the Cherry Pomegranite shakes. They are absolutely delish! That said, because of my thyroid disease, I can NOT have the soy products, such as the bars, Dutch Choc Shakes, etc. That has limited what I can have on Medifast.

I can have all of the whey products, which include the dark choc shakes, cherry Pom, and only a few others.

It limits me, but I am doing okay with that. I have lost 17 pounds, and my health has improved a lot.

As my doctor told me that I am insulin resistant, the way I am eating is much healthier.

I have to say right now my favorites are the Soft Serves, and I like all of the flavors. Rather than make mine into a soft serve portion, I find I like them much better by making them into a thick shake. I simply add 8 oz. cold water & about 6 ice cubes along with the package of soft serve and blend in my Vitamix. They come out thicker than the typical shake and have more volume. I do the same with the puddings and find I like them better when whipped into a shake as well.

I like the cinnamon pretzels and the chocolate and s'mores bars (only eat a few a week though).

I really like the chicken & rice soup and oatmeal in every flavor.

Chocolate pudding is pretty good too!

While I like the taste of the parmesan cheese puffs, am I the only one who needs a "side of toothpick" when I finish? Sheesh; they gum up my teeth so badly!

OMG! If you haven't been soaking your foods, you'll be really happy with the difference!

I believe you can only buy PB2 online but don't buy it from anyone but the manufacturer or you'll overpay. I bought the four 1-pound bags. My son uses it in his morning smoothies and I use just a tiny bit now and then. It's really good.

That sounds good! I am betting soaking things makes a big difference, I am going to try that! Where can I find the PB2 at the grocery store? That would make a world of difference in the banana creme shake I think!

Despite what people say, I really like the oatmeals! My favorite is probably peach. I soak it overnight in 3/4 cup water and then microwave it (covered with plastic) for two minutes. Lately, I've been stirring in a tablespoon or two of various Torani or DaVinci sugar free syrups for variety. Today I had almond flavored syrup in peach oatmeal.

I also really like the Chicken & Wild Rice soup. I soak it overnight also, then add 1/2-1 teaspoon of chicken boullion concentrate (it's a gooey paste from Costco) now and then.

If you haven't discovered PB2 yet, it's another great item to have on hand. It's a powdered peanut butter product that's very low in calories and fat. A teaspoon in a shake or pudding now and then is a nice change.

Hey everyone! I think it would be a fun way to get everyone involved to post what Medifast meal is your favorite to make, and also if you have any good ideas to tweak it to make it even better! We can swap ideas and maybe add a bit of variety to the staple items that Medifast gives us!

My favorite Medifast Meal: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with 1tsp. cinnamon on top!

What is yours?
