One cup warm water sufficed this time.

Could it be that your body is telling you that it needs food? You are sticking to a calorie limit which pays off most of the time as you are trying to lose weight, but maybe sometimes your body really does need extra calories for its own internal reasons? I'd suggest (my inexpert opinion only) that you listen to your body, ensure it is real physical hunger and not emotional, and if it IS physical hunger, EAT. But sensibly, ie not sweeties, chocolate and the like. More importantly, don't feel guilty about it. Best of luck!

Maybe you're body is fighting a virus? I often get super hungry before I come down with a cold or something like that.

I rise the same time every day.
Have breakfast the same time same amount of calories.
No difference in activity
Not any warmer or colder any day
And yet most days I get to morning break at 9 am and don't feel hungry but today I could eat a horse?
