I highly recommend pool therapy. My entire body thanks me when I get into the water. The benefits are real and you don't even have to swim! In fact in the past several years, I have only actually swam twice (both in the past week or so). Exercise is easier, less sweaty, and at least as effective as land exercises. Last time I swam a mile in an hour and a half, today I swam a mile in an hour and a quarter and a total of 1 3/4 miles in just under two hours. My body is getting stronger all over!
