I am so blessed! Friday God gave me a 2018 Ford Explore to drive for free. I'll probably have it a few months. I hope Ford never fixes my car!! I love all these new free ones to drive!! Thank You Jesus!

1. Track all of my food to stay under 1800 calories
2. Minimum 10 min daily fitness & 90 min weekly
3. Positive self-talk daily
4. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits & veggies daily
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
6. Develop a plan for eating out at restaurants.
7. Plan & follow menu

I’m grateful that our DD had a safe trip home after her visit with us. She only gets back about once a year.
